Leadership Professor Launches New Development Practice in Summerville

Summerville, SC — John Egan, a leadership studies professor and published researcher, recently launched a leadership development practice serving organizations in the Summerville area. This solo venture allows John to bring his research and facilitation expertise to a broader audience. For more than eight years, he has designed and delivered professional development and leadership training across a wide range of sectors—including banking, education, federal and local government, civic, and non-profit organizations.
